Our team of passionate case managers are committed to helping our clients’ overcome obstacles and reach their goals. They work closely with each client to identify potential hurdles and create realistic and achievable objectives, offering guidance and support every step of the way.

Eligibility and Requirements
- Proof of incarceration which includes any of the following:
- Criminal background
- Conditions of probation/parole
- Profile report
- Texas Dept of Criminal Justice (TDCJ)
- Re-Entry of Federal ID card
- Child Protective Services (CPS) Safety Plan
- Displays of At-Risk factors for incarceration
- Must live in San Antonio/Bexar County

Plus, they provide valuable assistance in finding the perfect job match. We also work hand in hand with several non-profit organizations to provide even more opportunities for our clients to achieve their goals and further their education. Mental Health Counseling
